1. Cancellation by Customer
- You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped.
- If your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may be able to return the product in accordance with our Refund/Return Policy.
- To cancel an order, please log in to your account on computercollection.in and follow the instructions for cancellation.
2. Cancellation by Sree Computer Collection Pvt Ltd
Sree Computer Collection Pvt Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- Unavailability of the product.
- Inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
- Issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
In the event of a cancellation by us, we will notify you and refund the full amount paid for the order.
