Sree Computer Collection Pvt Ltd strives to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. This policy outlines the process for returns and refunds.

1. Conditions for Return

You may request a return of your product within 3 days of delivery if you have received:

  • A product that is physically damaged.
  • A product that is different from what you ordered.
  • A product that is not in working condition or is defective. This will be covered under the OEM warranty, but we will facilitate the process.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Investigation of Return/Refund Request

Upon receiving a return/refund request, Sree Computer Collection Pvt Ltd will investigate the cause of the request. This may involve:

  • Requesting photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
  • Coordinating with our logistics partners for verification.
  • Verifying the product details and condition upon its return to our facility.

We reserve the right to reject a return/refund request if our investigation finds that the product is not eligible for return as per our policy.

4. Refund Process

  • Approval: Once your return is received and inspected, and your refund request is approved based on our investigation, we will process your refund.
  • Refund Amount: The refund will be processed for the cost of the product. Please note that shipping charges paid at the time of order are non-refundable.
  • Mode of Refund: The refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 15 business days.
  • OEM Warranty: For products with performance-related issues, the OEM’s warranty and service policy will apply. We will assist you in connecting with the respective brand’s service center.

5. No Exchange Policy

We do not offer a product exchange policy at this time. If you wish to purchase a different product, you will need to place a new order.
